Get ready to build speed, endurance, and confidence this summer with Shore Fit's Summer Speed & Endurance Training Program! Designed for middle and high school athletes, this program helps participants improve athletic performance through structured workouts focused on speed development, endurance training, agility, running mechanics, and overall conditioning. Whether you're preparing for cross country, soccer, field hockey, football, basketball, track and field, or simply want to stay active and in shape during the off-season, this program can be tailored to support your goals. Athletes will be challenged at their individual fitness level while learning proper training techniques in a supportive and encouraging environment. Sessions will include a combination of sprint work, endurance training, strength and conditioning exercises, agility drills, and injury-prevention strategies to help athletes return to their sports stronger, faster, and better prepared for the upcoming season. Whether your goal is to improve your speed, increase your stamina, or maintain your fitness throughout the summer, Shore Fit is here to help you take your performance to the next level.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that summer plans can change! Please review our cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth process in the event you need to make adjustments to your child’s registration. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 14 days before the camp start date will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee per camper, per session. Cancellations made 7–14 days before the camp start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp start date are non-refundable, except in cases of documented medical emergencies. Transfers If space is available, you may transfer your registration to another camp week at no additional cost up to 7 days before your original camp week begins. No-Shows Campers who do not attend and do not notify us in advance will not receive a refund or credit. Medical Exceptions If your child cannot attend camp due to illness or injury, please provide a doctor’s note. We will do our best to offer a refund or credit for a future camp, minus the administrative fee. Weather & Emergency Cancellations In the event of a full camp cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances (decided by staff), full refunds or credits will be issued.
